In the pursuit of delivering a seamless and secure execution of payment transactions, we collaborate with Paddle, a duly registered third-party merchant, to facilitate the optimal performance of payment to the Service. Therefore, Paddle will collect information which includes your names, email address, and everything else information necessary for payment processing. No personal data, such as IBAN, card details, banking information, or other financial particulars provided by you during the process for payment of our Services, will be disclosed to, processed or collected by Onload. Paddle will process this information solely for the explicit purpose of facilitating the payment transactions associated with the Services. Your confidential information will be processed solely for the intended purpose of processing payments seamlessly through Paddle.

Exceptions are where disclosure is required by law in the public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defence of rights in a court of law, e.g. where certain information is provided to lawyers, collection agencies, customs or other government authorities, or to law enforcement authorities to address potential violations, other breaches of contract, or unlawful conduct. We may also disclose information required by court order or other laws, or to prevent possible harm to persons or property.

As noted above, we compile statistics about the use of Service from data collected through Cookies. These statistics do not contain personal information and may be published or made available to third parties.

Any additions or amendments to this Privacy Policy shall become effective against the User upon notification by Onload. The User has 14 days from notification to express any rejection of these changes. Failure to reject within this period implies acceptance.

You agree that all statements made by Onload in connection with the amendment of this Policy will be sent to your email address used to register for and/or order the Service or by posting in an appropriate place on the Website. Emails sent under this provision are not required to bear an electronic signature to be valid and effective against the User.

Continued use of the Services following the publication or notification of amended Privacy Policy constitutes the User’s binding acceptance of these revisions.
